Uma plataforma lúdica anelar , contendo o edifício do Centro Cultural, como conexão simbólica entre a Cidade, o novo edifício e o Parque, demonstrando que o fluxo de veículos pela avenida Fernando Noronha ( com seus multiplos bares ) e pela rua Barbara Heliodora ( com sua pista de .tráfego ampliada entre a avenida e a rua Gaspar Lemos ) , pode acessar, sem conflitos, o anel-estacionamento diluido em torno da praça-lúdica no interior do parque. O calçadão para a circulação de pedestres, ao longo das ruas .Barbara Heliodora e Gaspar Lemos, mistura-se aos espaços especializados da praça Lúdica, do Centro Cultural, da Concha-acústica, do Coreto, da feira-livre de artezanato, do pátio de esculturas, etc ., estimulando usos diversificados do parque. Ênfase na expressão arquitetônica e construtiva da edificação dominante, demonstrando o potencial da utilização do aço em 3 níveis de sofisticação : 1) a estrutura revestida , vencendo racionalmente grandes e pequenos vãos (no volume do teatro) ; 2) a estrutura aparente, vencendo racionalmente vãos modulados regularmente ( no setor administrativo e .centro de produção) ; 3) a estrutura aparente configurando racionalmente vãos formatados com liberdade (centro de exposições e centro de referência). O acesso aos espaços funcionais organizados em dois pavimentos, é facilitado para os deficientes físicos, crianças e idosos(através da rampa com inclinação compatível). O espaço destinado ao Centro de Exposições interpretado como uma vitrine transparente para as obras-de-arte expostas, atração principal do edifício. Primeiro ponto de contato voltado para a praça frontal, como um convite permanente a visitação.

Here I have searched for images that could determine the ring-shaped ludic platform as a symbolic connection between the town, the new building and the surrounding park. Images that could show that the car flows through Fernando de Noronha Avenue (with its many bars) and through Barbara Heliodora Street (with its enlarged traffic course between the Avenue and Gasper Limos Street) can access, without struggle, the ring-shaped parking area distributed around the ludic square inside the park. Images that could clarify that the promenade, proposed along Barbara Heliodora and Gaspar Lemos Streets, mixes itself with Center Cultural specialized areas - the ludic square, the acoustic shell, the bandstand, the handcraft fair area, the sculpture courtyard, etc. This promenade works, actually, as an inducement to the several uses that happen in the park. Images that could confirm the architectural and building expression of the dominating object, showing the potential of the sophisticated use of structural steel in three alternatives: 1) the overlaid structure, rationally overcoming big and small spans - in the volume of the theatre; 2) the exposed structure, rationally overcoming regularly modulated spans - in the administrative and production center areas; 3) the exposed structure forming spans freely - in the exhibition and reference center.
Images that could inform that the access to the functional areas, organized in two floors, is made easier for the disabled, children and the elderly - through a ramp with a suitable slope. Images that could stand out the Exhibition Center, as a transparent window for the exhibited art- the main attraction of this building, which is the first contact the visitors will have and which is facing the frontal square as a permanent invitation.
